1. Subscription Model

Kathfula offers a monthly prepaid subscription for fresh mushrooms delivered directly from the farm.

Customers can choose:

  • 1 delivery per week (Tuesday or Saturday)

  • 2 deliveries per week (Tuesday and Saturday)

All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

2. Payment Policy
  • The subscription is 100% prepaid.

  • Payment must be completed before the subscription becomes active.

  • Once payment is confirmed, the delivery schedule for the month will be reserved.

Subscriptions automatically end after the month unless renewed.

3. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made on:

  • Tuesday

  • Saturday

Customers will receive their mushrooms according to their selected plan.

Example:

  • Tuesday plan → 4–5 deliveries per month

  • Saturday plan → 4–5 deliveries per month

  • Tuesday + Saturday plan → 8–10 deliveries per month

Delivery timing may vary depending on route and logistics.

4. Cancellation Policy

Because mushrooms are harvested based on subscription demand:

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the month begins.

  • Customers may cancel the next month’s subscription any time before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for partially used subscriptions.

5. Temporary Delivery Pause

Subscribers may request to pause deliveries temporarily.

Conditions:

  • Pause requests must be made at least 48 hours before the delivery day.

  • Pauses are allowed for a maximum of 2 weeks within a subscription month.

  • Missed deliveries during the pause will not be refunded but may be adjusted in the next delivery when possible.

6. Extra Orders

Subscribers may order additional mushrooms beyond their subscription quantity.

Rules:

  • Extra orders must be placed at least 48 hours before delivery day.

  • Extra bulk orders must be placed at least 1 week before delivery day.

  • Extra items will be delivered along with the regular subscription order.

  • Payment for extra orders must be made in advance.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailable

  • Incorrect address

  • No response

The delivery will be considered completed and no replacement or refund will be issued due to the perishable nature of the product.

8. Product Freshness

Kathfula mushrooms are:

  • Freshly harvested

  • Hygienically packed

  • Delivered within hours of harvest

Any quality issue must be reported within 6 hours of delivery with photos.

9. Service Area

Kathfula currently provides delivery within selected service areas.

Delivery availability may expand in the future.

10. Changes to Terms

Kathfula reserves the right to modify subscription terms, pricing, or delivery schedules when required.

Customers will be notified of any major changes.
